Freehold, New Jersey

I grew up in Kingston, New Hampshire and was the 4th of 6 kids. I traveled around the country with my now ex-husband who trained standard bred racehorses. I did all the bookkeeping for the stable and was responsible for making sure the horses and caretaker were shipped to the various racetracks for the grand circuit races. After my divorce, I started working at the local hospital as a secretary. I still work there, but I added home based travel planning in my spare time 10 years ago. Instead of horses, I now make travel arrangements for people. Since I came from a large family and then had 4 sons of my own, I was accustomed to being with many people. I enjoy arranging travel for large groups of people, but I am always happy and willing to work with 1 or 2. For me, planning is enjoyable. I get to live life through the experiences of others.

My Favorite Destinations

Favorite Type of Travel

My favorite type of travel is anywhere! If you say go, I can be ready in half an hour! I love to travel with a group of friends but will also travel alone or with just one person. I love to see other destinations to experience their local cuisine and traditions and immerse myself in their culture. You can read a book or watch something on television, but seeing a place in person is so much more special.

Favorite Travel Experience

My favorite travel experience was taking my oldest son, daughter-in-law, and 2 grandsons to tour Biltmore Mansion in Ashville, North Carolina then going to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee the next day to tour the Titanic Museum. It was an experience that none of us will forget. And isn’t that what life is all about? It’s the memories we make along the way.
