Since we are in the month of November, a month known for thankfulness, I am reminded of how thankful I am for the opportunity the travel industry has provided me. One of the best things that comes with visiting Australia, and destinations in general, is the welcoming that I receive from the people of the land.   Australia has truly been one of the most welcoming vacation destinations I have encountered. Her people are so eager to invite you into their homes and their lives.

I don't know about you, but fall is one of my favorite times of year. I love the cooler temperatures, the changing colors, and the musty smell of the leaves as they sink into the earth. On these cooler days, and always a tradition for Halloween, I make chili. Who doesn't love a good bowl of chili?
